I have had numerous conversations with both himself and Eric Marchewitz, founder of LG Sciences and a brilliant guy himself. When I finished 7 months of pre-contest training, my body had been pushed to it’s limits. I was tired and my body needed a change and a long rest. High amounts of protein, supplements, exercise, and reduced calories had taken their toll. I had contracted kidney stones and really felt the need to diminish my protein levels due to their ability to acidify the body, thus lending itself to leeching calcium form my bones and feeding my stones issue. I stopped all supplements and ran Rise and Swell. 4 weeks later, I had blood drawn and all my levels checked out perfect. I used Rise and Swell in a 5 day on 2 days off fashion for 12 weeks. My training was great, I was getting stronger and the pumps were unreal. The newest version of Rise and Swell has more of the ingredients you want, plus some new editions like ginger. Ginger has been shown to increase testosterone  Tikrit Medical Journal.  I can only speak from personal experience and say how well it worked for me. For $30, it’s worth the risk to try before using harsh drugs like HCG and Clomid.

Now you understand what you need to do and how you need to do it, but you still don’t have the proper doses or full time frame for your post cycle therapy treatment and that’s the final point of our discussion. While Nolvadex and Clomid can work equally as well, they will only work equally as well if they are dosed properly. This is where many fail when they use Clomid as Nolvadex is much stronger on a per milligram basis. For example, with 40mg of Nolvadex, for Clomid to match it you need 150mg. As for hCG dosing, 500iu to 1,000iu per day every day for 10 straight days is your plan and implemented precisely as discussed above. Once the hCG therapy is complete, you will start your Nolvadex therapy at 40mg per day or Clomid at 150mg per day; whichever you choose, you will continue it for two weeks. Once the two weeks is complete, you will complete two more weeks this time with a Nolvadex dosing at 20mg per day or a Clomid dosing at 100mg per day. No, you’re not done yet, you will complete one more week at 10mg per day for Nolvadex or 50mg per day with Clomid and add in an additional week at the same dose if you feel it is necessary.

I get 2, 4 and 5 and I’m completely natural. I have had people accuse me of taking steroids many times and it pissed me off. It gets me to the point where I want to take steroids just so that I can say “Now this is me on steroids fckers!”. Lol. But nah I get a lot of acne outbreaks naturally and I have had many stretch marks as well as abnormally fast muscle gains. I’m a very lean person and when I stop working out I’m capable of drastically going from jacked to skinny as heck. When I start back up again I blow up quick. Another thing I’ve noticed is my pumps are naturally a lot more intense then the average lifter. Like my shoulders blow up like bowling balls and veins and shreds show up all over them along with my arm’s and chest. I’ve had a tone of people accuse me of taking steroids because of these factors. I also had a relative hug me once and say I was jacked and as solid as steal. He said only steroids do that. (He took steroids in the past) But it is to my understanding that muscle is solid… or at least a lot more solid than fat. At the time I was taking creatine and l-arginine with citrilline malate (which is a precursor to arginine) and a lot of BCAA’s.
